OUR MISSION
Hospice serves any patient who is clinically eligible for the benefit, including but not limited to people living with Alzheimer’s disease, heart disease, COPD, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, and cancer. Eligibility is defined as a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course.
